New Hearts of Oak signing Nuru Sulley has admitted that he was in talks with a foreign club that was why he did not sign for the Phobians in the first round.
Sulley signed a two year deal with the Premier League giants in what is a second stint with the club.
In an interview with Fox FM, he made it known that talks with the foreign club did not go well and he had to revert back to Hearts of Oak.
"Yes indeed I have just appended my signature for Hearts of Oak, originally I was suppose to sign for the team in the first round but I was in talks with a foreign club.However the deal hit a snag."
