Tamale South MP Hon Haruna Iddrisu has promised to continue investing in Karela United to improve all aspects of the club.
The former Minority leader met supporters of the club and assured them that he is not going to move the club away from its original home as speculated.
“I heard so making people comment about you know credible people Fatawu Issahaku he was called to Qatar for Black Stars and he plays for Lisbon Sporting. He made some money at Lisbon Sporing part of the money is what I am investing together with Dr. Baba and his contribution contributed to support Karela to improve management to improve the governance and then for you to score as we are seeing today. You have made my joy I am very excited," he told the supporters.
"I have to leave for Accra I thank the people of Ayinase I thank the people of Nzema. And the CEO and management of Karela you are doing a yeoman’s job I say ayekoo to all of you. To the supporters chairman we are very thankful for the work you are doing,”
Karela United is currently 14th on the Ghana Premier League table with 26 points after 21 games.
