I will describe my time with Kotoko as fruitful - Amos Frimpong

Amos, 28, who joined Kotoko in 2011 from BA Stars spent eight years with the club before joining AS Kaloum Stars in 2019 in Conakry.

During his stay with the Kumasi-based club, the right-back captained the club for four years when he was made a substantive skipper in 2015. Amos popularly called "Olomo" was a fans favourite and the fans always trooped to the stadium to watch him.

Speaking to outlet Sportsafric the former Kotoko skipper said:

“I will describe my time with Kotoko as fruitful,”

“From 2011 to 18/19 before I left the club, I will say it was a blessed period because everything went on well for me both on and off the pitch,” he added.

Amos Frimpong won a staggering 11 titles with the Porcupine Warriors which include three Premier League trophies, two FA Cups, two President Cups, two SWAG trophies, one Normalisation Committee (NC) Cup, and one Super Cup.
