I will do whatever there is to make Kotoko great again – Otumfuo

Owner and Life Patron of Asante Kotoko, Otumfuo Nana Osei Tutu II has stressed that all the necessary steps will be taken to ensure the club becomes great again.

Under the wisdom of the renowned traditional leader, the Porcupine Warriors club is gradually putting things in order.

On Monday, August 7, an interim IMC put together by Otumfuo saw the unveiling of Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum as the new head coach of the club.

The gaffer is the last coach that led Asante Kotoko to win the league title.

Ahead of the 2023/24 football season, Otumfuo Nana Osei Tutu II says no stone will be left unturned in the quest to make the Kumasi-based club great again.

“I will do whatever there is to make Kotoko great again," Otumfuo said as quoted by Akoma FM.

Meanwhile, new head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum has called for unity to make Asante Kotoko successful.

“Every organization that wants to succeed does so in j one condition and that’s unity. I want everybody to come on board and let’s pick the lessons and screen which one to repeat and which one to let go and I’m convinced that we can catch up with the Ahlys. Let’s forgive and forget,” Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum said.
