In an interview, the young Ghanaian shot stopper expressed his love for entertainment and pointed out that if he hadn't chosen a football career, he may have become an actor.

“I love acting, I always want to see people laugh. Even at camp, I’m part of the people who always create funny jokes just to make people laugh”

“I can boldly say I would have been the next Kwadwo Nkansah (Lil Win), Dr. Likee (Akabenezer) had it not been football. I would have probably been a comedian”

Danlad has been part of the various national teams that have failed at major tournaments in recent times.

Apart from the Black Galaxies that reached the quarterfinals of the CHAN, both the Black Stars and the Black Meteors suffered group stage exit at the World Cup and U23 AFCON.
