The 23-year-old former Ghana U20 attacker suffered the injury during the Sweden Cup final against Mjällby AIF two weeks ago, a match in which his side BK Hacken emerged victorious.

During the Cup final, Sadiq displayed an impressive performance, scoring two crucial goals late in the first half to help his side secure a convincing 4-1 triumph and claim the first silverware of the season in Sweden.

However, the promising forward was forced to leave the field due to the thigh injury, missing out on the second half of the game.

Sadiq is expected to remain sidelined until late June, causing him to miss several upcoming matches for BK Hacken.

Prior to the injury, Sadiq had been in remarkable form, showcasing his goal-scoring prowess by netting two goals in three league games for his club.

Unfortunately, this setback marks the second injury issue he has encountered this season, resulting in the Ghanaian forward missing a substantial number of games already.
