I’m confident I will have my Black Stars chances in the future; for now I want to keep working hard – Bernard Tekpetey

Ghana international, Bernard Tekpetey is not disappointed that despite his rich form, he has been snubbed by the technical team of the Black Stars.

Since the start of the 2022/23 football season, the highly-rated winger has been in fine form and helped his team with goals.

Despite making a strong case for a Ghana call-up, he is not in the Black Stars squad named by head coach Otto Addo for the upcoming friendly match against Brazil and Nicaragua.

Speaking to Wontumi Sports, Bernard Tekpetey says he is confident his chances in the Black Stars will come.

He has hence set high sights on continuously working hard to catch the attention of the technical team.

“I still see myself in the Black Stars in the future. I just have to stay focus and stay in good condition and I know with hard work, I will be called to serve the national team once again,” Bernard Tekpetey said.

This season, Bernard Tekpetey has played seven league matches for Ludogorets where he has scored five goals and provided one assist.
