Ghana forward Ibrahim Osman has described himself as direct and ambitious for goals following his move to Brighton.

The 19-year-old was officially unveiled as the latest addition to the Seagulls squad as they gear up for the upcoming season.

Osman's transfer to Brighton had been agreed upon earlier in January, but he completed the season with FC Nordsjaelland in Denmark before joining his new team for pre-season preparations.

Like fellow Ghanaian talents Mohammed Kudus and Kamaldeen Sulemana, who also emerged from the renowned Right to Dream Academy, Osman aims to make his mark in English football.

"It's a dream come true as a young guy to be in a new country, in a new team, new environment. I am happy to be here,” he told the club’s website.

"I'm a type of player who is direct and ambitious for goals."

Reflecting on his season in Denmark, Osman said, "It was really good and I had happy moments there, playing with different and amazing types of people. It was really good for me."
