Goalkeeper Benjamin Asare has disclosed he is ready to play any team ahead of the new football season.
Asare has emerged as a top transfer target for several clubs including Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak due to his swashbuckling performance for Great Olympics last season.
The Golden Glove winner was a standout for Dade boys despite relegation to the lower-tier. Asare is hoping to continue his career in the top division after Great Olympics relegation from the top-flight.
Speaking in an interview, Asare indicated he is ready to join any club ahead of the upcoming campaign.
“I’m ready to join any team because that is the job I do to survive. At the moment, I have not signed for a team. I had a good season, I’m confident I will get a team to join” he said in an audio aired on Wontumi FM, as followed by Footballghana.com.
Meanwhile, the Porcupine Warriors are said to be advancing talks with Asare to secure his signature for the new season.
In the just-ended campaign, Asare kept 16 clean sheets despite Olympics' struggles, earning him the best shot-stopper in the league.
