I’m very disappointed with the draw against Asante Kotoko - Liberty coach Ocloo

Liberty Professionals head coach David Ocloo was left disappointed after his side was held to a 1-1 stalemate on match day seven of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.

Liberty opened the scoring through Tamimu Muntari in the second half, but Asante Kotoko equalised with few minutes left to play.

The Porcupine Warriors capitalised on a mistake between goalkeeper Ganiwu Shaibu and his defender to restore parity for the home side.

Liberty Professionals were wasteful in front goal as they failed to secure all three points at the Baba Yara stadium.

Speaking to the media after the game, coach Ocloo said,"I’m very disappointed with the draw because we came here to beat Kotoko. But that is what we got. It’s unfortunate we had to miss the chance. Against Dwarfs and WAFA, we were clinical so we buried those chances. We will take it like that."

The draw leaves Liberty Professionals on 9th on the league table with ten points and unbeaten in four away games this season - picking up two wins and two draws.
