Ghanaian midfielder Kwasi Sibo pens heartfelt message to SD Amorebieta after switching to Real Oviedo

Ghanaian midfielder Kwasi Sibo has said his final goodbye to SD Amorebieta following his transfer to Real Oviedo this summer.

The 26-year-old sealed a move to the blue kit this week, ending his two-year spell with Amorebieta where he played a crucial role in their promotion to the Spanish Segunda Division in 2022-23.

The central midfielder made 39 appearances for Amorebieta in the Spanish second-tier and scored once in the 2023-24 campaign.

In heartfelt message, the Ghanaian midfielder expressed gratitude to the club for support they gave him throughout his stay.

“My heart is heavy to leave this message for the Blues. Two years with this club was like a place l've been to since childhood”

“The welcome, love through all the difficult times from the President, the technical staff and my colleagues I would like to say a huge thank you for all the love and support I experienced these past two years with you and to the fans I can't express how much I appreciate you”
