Nsoatreman FC, the triumphant team of this year's FA Cup, is all set to represent Ghana in the 2024 CAF Confederation Cup.

Eric Alagidede, the general manager of Nsoatreman FC, confirmed that the club has submitted all necessary documents to the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to secure their participation.

Alagidede revealed that CAF sent a communique to both semi-finalists, Nsoatreman FC and Bofoakwa Tano, to initiate the club licensing process for the Confederation Cup. Despite uncertainty over which team would emerge victorious, Nsoatreman FC promptly began working on the requirements upon receiving the email.

"Yes it is true somewhere last week or from the 16th when we got to the semifinals CAF had to send a communique to the two teams who have reached the semifinals to start club lincening preparation towards CAF Confederation Cup. Because they don't know if Nsoatreman is will win or Bofoakwa Tano when they sent the emails we started to work on it and we have submitted our club licensing documents to them," he told Peace FM as monitored by Footballghana.com

"I can't speak for the other club if they sent theirs or not but we submitted ours and CAF sent a letter through the Ghana Football Association they have given us all the dates the day they will close the club licensing platform when we will play the first leg between the 14th, 16th and 18th of August.

"And the day for the draw 15th of July all were communicated to us we have a copy as I speak to you we have sent our documents that we will play Africa,"
