Inter Allies coach Henrik Peters bemoans missed chances against Legon Cities

Coach Henrik Peters was frustrated by Inter Allies' poor finishing after his side was held to a 1-1 stalemate against Liberty Professionals on Saturday on match day nine of the Ghana Premier League.

Inter Allies FC failed to make it three consecutive victories as they were held by Legon Cities at the Accra Sports stadium.

Victorien Adebayor gave the home side the lead in the 15th minute from the penalty spot before Abdul Karim Jabila equalised for Cities - also from the penalty spot in the 70th minute

Speaking at his post-match press-conference, the Danish gaffer expressed his concern about his players' wastefulness.

"Well I think we wasted a lot of chances. If you look at the game we created a lot of chances but as I said we could not take them. We have to get all the players to score and we can't depend on only Adebayor to make goals," he said.

The result leaves Inter Allies on 11th on the league table with 11 points.
