Inter Allies skipper Victorien Adebayor becomes all-time leading goalscorer after nine matches

Inter Allies striker Victorien Adebayor impressive goal scoring form has seen him break a club’s record after nine games in the on-going Ghana Premier League.

Adebayor has scored an incredible 10 goals in just nine games following his brace in their 3-1 away victory over Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City park on Saturday.

The highly-rated Niger International has surpassed Sheriff Deo Mohammed and Frederick Boateng who bagged nine goals each  in the 2014/15 and 2015/16 seasons respectively.

Currently, Aduana Stars striker Yahaya Mohammed and Adebayor remain top of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League scorers list with 10 goals after 10 matches played so far.

They are closely followed by Medeama SC youngster Prince Opoku Agyemang and Prince Kwabena Adu of Bechem United on seven goals each.

Liberty Professionals striker Elvis Kyei Baffour, Ibrahim Osman (King Faisal) and Bernard Boateng (Elmina Sharks) also follow with six goals to their names.
