Inter Allies striker Fredrick Boateng has joined Ethiopian Premier League side Welwalo Adigrat FC after terminating his contract with the La Based club.

The striker who was Inter Allies top scorer in the 2015/16 season signed a two year contract with the Ethiopians.

He now joins a bandwagon of Ghanaian players who have graced the Ethiopian League, with the likes of Kotoko’s Michael Akuffo all moving to the Wast African country.

Boateng, after a successful 2015/16 season with Inter Allies, struggled immensely this season, falling down the pecking order in Coach Prince Owusu’s side.

Coach Prince Owusu himself has been sacked by Inter Allies.

The 23 year old previously played for Ebusua Dwarfs in the Ghana Premier League.
