Inter Milan coach Spalletti: Current success due to players

Published on: 06 December 2017

Inter Milan coach Luciano Spalletti admits he's enjoying his work at the San Siro.

Spalletti has led Inter to the top of the table.

He said, “I feel like I'm at home, on the sofa with so many Inter fans, but the credit for this first half of the season belongs to only the players because the ball is played on the pitch.

“The hashtag #senzatregue [without respite]? I want to involve, not manage. Those who played on Sunday felt good with the fans, who got involved, ready to support the lads."

Spalletti also expects Joao Miranda to be fit for their meeting with Juventus.

“Miranda? A true leader feels good in his team," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.

“He doesn't do anything different from the others, but when there's a decisive situation, he'll come out and say, 'I'll solve this'."
