Inter Milan coach Spalletti: We must cut out errors

Inter Milan coach Luciano Spalletti is demanding more from his players despite victory over Chelsea.

Inter beat Chelsea 2-1 in Singapore on Saturday.

“We did well up until the hour mark, then we started making mistakes," said Spalletti.

“I don't understand why we make certain errors when controlling the ball. I don't see why we should do well for 60-70 minutes and then give up, handing the advantage to a strong opponent who needs no extra help.

“Maybe it's because we played two days ago against Bayern Munich and there was fatigue. With the players we've got, we should not be misplacing passes like that.

“We need to work on having more of a balance. You can get a dip in form, but not that big and that sudden. I do my work as best I can, it's possible I lose intensity at times, but that doesn't mean I crumble to nothing."
