The head coach for Legon Cities FC, Bashir Hayford has noted that even though the clash against Asante Kotoko will be difficult, his team stands a good chance of winning.
Nicknamed the Royals, the capital-based club is set to play as a guest to the Porcupine Warriors club today in a Matchday five encounter of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season.
In a game where Asante Kotoko has been tipped as the favourites to win, Legon Cities coach Bashir Hayford says his team should not be ruled out.
According to him, his team has prepared well and capable of beating the opponent.
“We are well prepared just like every other game. Our intention is to win every game, we go into,” coach Bashir Hayford told Legon Cities TV.
The former Asante Kotoko head coach continued, “This will be tough but with the right mentality, why can’t we win?.”
The clash between Asante Kotoko and Legon Cities FC will kick-off at 18:00GMT at the Accra Sports Stadium today.
