Ghanaian youngster Abdul Aziz Issah has shared his excitement after securing a move to Spanish giants Barcelona.

The talented midfielder sealed a move to the Catalan-based club on transfer deadline day following his outstanding performance for Dreams FC last season.

Issah joined Barcelona on a one-season deal, lasting until June 30, 2025, with an option to buy and will feature for the club’s team B, Barça Athletic this season.

"It’s a great feeling and a massive joy for me. I have been supporting this club for a very long time since childhood and me being here, me being part of this club, I am very grateful for my management, for my team, for the work they have done, everything, I am very grateful. And I can’t wait to get started," Issah said.

The 19-year-old was unveiled by the five-time Champions League winners this weekend and is set to begin his adventure at the club.

Issah was instrumental for Dreams FC who defied all odds to reach the semifinals of their maiden participation in the CAF confederation Cup.

He also played a pivotal role as the Black Satellites secured the African Games gold medal in March.
