Ashgold playmaker James Akaminko will be in Kumasi for his medicals on Friday according to information reaching footballghana.com
Akaminko is expected to extend his contract with the Obuasi-based club on Friday if negotiations go on smoothly and both parties agree to a deal. His contract expired last month and Ashgold wants to tie him done with a new deal to prevent other clubs from securing his services.
The medicals will likely take place at the Asafo Agyei Hospital where he will meet representatives of the club and the medical team.
Ashgold will play in the 20/21 CAF Confederation Cup after getting nominated by the GFA.
