Ghana defender Jeffrey Schlupp is on his way out of Leicester City to fellow premier league side West Bromwich Albion in a deal believed to be around £12million.
West Brom manager Tony Pulis has made the 23-year old a target when the transfer window opens next month.
Schlupp has struggled to get in to the Leicester City side this season.
