Jennifer Cudjoe: 'Black Queens just need to keep doing what we did before' against Rwanda

Black Queens midfielder, Jennifer Cudjoe, emphasized the importance of maintaining their previous successful approach as they gear up for their upcoming match against Rwanda in the 2024 African Women's Cup of Nations (WAFCON) qualifiers.

Cudjoe, expressing her confidence and readiness, stated, "It's been a really good day for us all to come together.

“I arrived yesterday, same as most of the players. It has been good to have a recovery session in the morning.

“For me, and from what I have seen, everybody is ready, and we just need to keep doing what we did before in our previous games."

The Ghanaian women's national team, the Black Queens, is set to commence their WAFCON campaign with a game against Rwanda in Kigali.

The squad for the game comprises 23 players, including Jennifer Cudjoe. The match is scheduled to kick off at 1 p.m.

The Black Queens will hope to qualify for the next edition of the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations after missing out on the previous edition.
