Ghanaian International and Asheville City player Jennifer Cudjoe has called on the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Normalization Committee to turn a positive look at women's football in Ghana.

Speaking to Kumasi-based Alpha radio in interview, Jennifer opined that the authorities of Ghana Football should lay-down proper measures for womens football which will improve the game.Than always expecting good results when the players are called for national team duty.

That, it doesn't work asuch anywhere in the continent.Only better measures put down will result to positive results.Despite, the fact that Ghana can boast of competent and technical know-how coaches, things are done wrongly which does not place Womens football in a progressing path.

"I know we have good and competent coaches in the country and can deliver at any point of time. But how things are done in Ghana are very bad but always want results".

"To me I believe the GFA or the Normalisation Committee need to lay down proper measures before we think of winning trophies in competitions else lets forget it", she told Alpha radio.

The Black Queens midfielder added that;"There should be progressing in our training programmes and way of call up, you can't sack coaches of which you have tournament in May and expect to win it".

"Just imagine having a tournament less than 8 weeks but there is no call up and no substantive coach to do the call up or player monitoring but you will see the leaders blaming the innocent players for non performance".

"Women footaball needs progessing not just a call up to camp", she added.
