Dutch-born Ghanaian, Jeremie Frimpong, has proven to be a key player for Bayer Leverkusen as the team secured the Bundesliga title with five games to spare after a resounding 5-0 victory over Werder Bremen at the Bay Arena.

Leverkusen's triumph, which saw them reach 79 points - 16 ahead of their closest rivals Bayern Munich with only 15 points left to play for, was a testament to the team's outstanding performance throughout the season.
