Jesurun Rak-Sakyi scored in Charlton Athletic's 3-2 defeat to Morecambe in the English League One on Saturday afternoon.

After an even start, a moment of magic from Cole Stockton put the visitors ahead. The striker pounced on a loose pass and picked out the top corner with a wonder strike from 35 yards out.

The Addicks had a goal disallowed in the 30th minute when Referee David Rock blew his whistle quickly following a foul on Henry, ruling out Jack Payne's low effort into the bottom corner of the goal.

Following a shocking miss by Cole Stockton, the Addicks equalized in first-half stoppage time when Payne hammered across the goal and Jesurun Rak-Sakyi deflected in for his 14th goal of the season.

After the break, Charlton exerted more effort, but Stockton slipped in for his second after 56 minutes off a cross from Jensen Weir.

After 63 minutes, Maynard-Brewer deflected the goal-scorer's effort into Weir's path, who slid the ball home.

Scott Fraser twisted and scored in the area to give Charlton hope with 11 minutes left, but the visitors held on to earn all three points, moving them up to 21st in the standings.

Jesurun Rak-Sakyi has made 41 appearances, scored 14 goals, and assisted 7 in the league this season.
