The 29-year-old, who joined City from Shrewsbury in 2006, had to be sent out on a loan to Torino in order to get any game time.Since his arrival in Turin, Hart has had a consistent run with the Granata and cemented himself as the first-choice keeper in the team.

Hart still admits that his future with the Sky Blues remainsin limbo and that it looks highly unlikely that he will make a return to the Etihad.Guardiola has mentioned that he won't make afuture decision for the player until the summer.

I want to say it was really bad but it wasn't because I saw it coming. You just pick up vibes and it certainly wasn't a surprise to me," Hart said.

It was something that I wanted to change and felt I was more than capable of changing but to get results he needed to have a team he felt comfortable with and a team he wanted."

However, Guardiola's plans didn't go the way the Spaniard had hoped. Claudio Bravo was signed for£15.4m as a replacement for Hart, although the Chile international has made severalerrors that have cost the club some vital points this season.

City's second-choice goalkeeperWilly Caballero has taken over Bravo's duties recently, but Hart's loan this season might leave the Premier League side andGuardiolain regret.
