Ghana forward, Jordan Ayew was a star for Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon as the Eagles soared above Bournemouth in the English Premier League match.

In a game played at the Vitality Stadium, the Black Stars forward started the game for his team, this time around as the main striker and not on the flanks where he has become used to.

Just 19 minutes into the contest, Jordan Ayew got his name on the scoresheet as he headed home a well-taken corner kick by Michael Oliseh.

Throughout his time on the pitch, Jordan Ayew caused all sorts of trouble for the defense of Bournemouth and helped Crystal Palace to beat the opponent 2-0.

Speaking in his post-match interview, Jordan Ayew noted that playing as the number 9 is his favorite position.

Having played one of his best games against Bournemouth, Coach Patrick Vieira would now be wondering whether he should be using Jordan Ayew in that role for the rest of the season.

The coach should have selection headache in the weeks to come.

Whatever be the case, Jordan Ayew has stressed that he is always ready to play in any position just to help Crystal Palace to win games.
