Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has denied reports that he has verbally agreed to replace Arsene Wenger at Arsenal at the end of the season.

The 49-year-old insisted that his current club would be the first to know if he wanted to leave before the end of his contract, which runs out in the summer of 2018, and claimed that he's yet to discuss his future with Juve officials at all.

Speaking after a 1-1 drawaway at Udinese on Sunday, the Italian insisted that his club would be the ones to decide whether he stays in Serie A or moves elsewhere, with Wenger's position at Arsenal looking precarious of late.

Allegri said:"I repeat what I have already said before “ it's not true. The second thing, even if there was something in it, the first to know and learn my wish to leave would be Juventus¦ I'm contracted until 2018.I'm not the one to decide my future “ Juventus will. It is they who decide because it's the way I work and have worked previously."

Allegri addressing Arsenal rumours in post-Udinese press conference: I repeat what I've already said. Apart from [to add] they're not true.

He added: "When time passes, as we did last year, we will evaluate what to do.And if these rumours were true, Juventus would be the first to know and I haven't talked to Juventus yet."

Reports last week claimed that Frenchman Wenger has been offered a new two-year deal at the Emirates, but the contract remains unsigned - with the veteran manager considering a departure from the club at the end of the season after more than a decade without a Premier League title.
