Kalo Quattara, Henry Ansu set to complete Asante Kotoko move after passing medical

Berekum Chelsea duo of Henry Ansu and Kalo Quattara are set for Asante Kotoko move after completing their medical.

The duo completed their medical on Thursday ahead of their move to the Ghana Premier League giants with the club set to make an official announcement.

Kalo Quattara and Henry Ansu are expected to sign a three-year deal each for Asante Kotoko ahead of the new Ghana Premier League season.

The duo will become Asante Kotoko new signings under coach Prosper Narteh Ogum in the ongoing transfer window after Yahaya Dawuni, Nanabayin Amoah and Andrews Ntim Manu.

Henry Ansu is a talented defender expected to strengthen the Asante Kotoko defense that boast of Yusif Mubarik and host of other incredible defenders while Kalo Quattara is to reinforce the team’s attack for the 2023/24 league season.

Asante Kotoko meanwhile have recruited defender Nanabayin Amoah from Vipers and Yahaha Dawuni from Division One League side, Susubiribi.

Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko have commenced pre-season training at Beposo Park in the Ashanti Region ahead of the forthcoming league season.

The Porcupine Warriors will open their campaign with a home game against Heart of Lions at the Baba Yara Stadium.
