It is no longer a secret that Ajax is courting Kamaldeen Sulemana.
The winger has long been linked with the Dutch big club, and Ajax director Marc Overmars was at the stadium to watch the winger from FC Nordsjaelland when the Farum club played 2-2 with FC Copenhagen on Monday.
But there are other clubs that are showing interest in the Ghanaian, and Ajax coach Erik ten Hag hopes that one can convince Sulemana that Ajax is the right club for him.
"Of course we know a lot about him. It depends on the market what we can do; whether we can get him ahead of the others. But it is obvious that he is a really good player. We hope he can see Ajax as a springboard," he tells ESPN.
ESPN writes that 19-year-old Sulemana can be bought for 13 million euros. This corresponds to approximately NOK 96 million.
Previously, however, Ekstra Bladet has reported that FC Nordsjaelland will have more than 100 million kroner for their gold bird.
