Kamaldeen Sulemana provides assist as Stade Rennes draw against Tottenham in UEFA Conference League

Ghanaian youngster Kamaldeen Sulemana provided an assist for Stade Rennes in their 2-2 draw against Tottenham in the UEFA Conference League on Thursday.

The 19-year-old put up an impressive display as he helped his side seal a point at home.

Stade Rennes pushed for an equaliser after going behind and found a breakthrough when Flavien Tait played a quick one-two with Serhou Guirassy, before curling past Pierluigi Gollini from the edge of the box.

Rennes had the better chances in the second half and took the lead on 72 minutes through a close-range Gaetan Laborde finish following an assist by Sulemana.

Substitute Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg found the bottom corner from Matt Doherty's cross four minutes later to rescue a point for a much-changed Spurs side.

The Ghanian forward has scored one goal and provided one assist in seven appearances for Stade Rennes in all competitions since joining them this summer from Danish side FC Nordsjaelland.
