Karela United confirm Bismark Kobby Mensah as new head coach

Ghana Premier League side, Karela United have appointed Bismark Kobby Mensah as their new head coach ahead of the 2021/22 season which kicks off in October.

Coach Mensah takes over from Evans Adotey who was sacked prior to the end of last season.

Mensah is highly rated regarded as one of the best young coaches in the country after transforming Samartex since joining them in 2018.

He helped Samartex to finish third in Zone II of the Division One League, nine points behind champions Bibiani Gold Stars.

Mensah has Premier League experience from his days at Bechem United.

The Ghana Football Association appointed Mensah as deputy coach for the national U15 team in 2019.
