Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema has dug in his heels this month over a move away.
Benzema was linked with a sale in January, but refused all offers, it has been revealed.
Don Balon says the France striker had two major bids on the table which Real president Florentino Perez was willing to accept. But Benzema refused to consider leaving Madrid this month.
Despite his tense relationship with the Real faithful, Benzema has no intention of leaving Madrid. He is happy with where he lives and the lifestyle.
And having signed a new contract with Real earlier this season, the striker feels no pressure to leave, despite the anger coming from the stands.
