Ghana Premier League side King Faisal have not officially released any player in the in-going transfer window, according to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Anwar Sadat.

According to reports in the local media, the Kumasi based side has parted ways with goalkeeper Moro Yussif and defender Godfred Sarpong as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of league resumption.

However, in an interview with footballmadeinghana.com, Sadat disclosed that the club is yet to release any player in this window.

"We have not parted ways with any player. We have signed new players to bolster our squad which means we have to get rid with of the players," he said.

"But at the moment no decision has been taken on that. All the names that came out are not true. Let’s wait and see the final decision of the technical team," he added.

Meanwhile, King Faisal have already signed Samuel Akurugu, Andy Oduro Acheampong, Mutawakilu Fusseini, and Dennis Eli Dotse in bid to help them escape relegation as they lie bottom of the league table with only six points after 14 matches played thus far.
