The Public Relations Officer (PRO) of King Faisal FC, Awal Mohammed has confirmed that indeed players of the club are being owed salaries.
In the last few weeks, reports have circulated about how players of the Ghana Premier League outfit are being owed as many as 4 months’ salaries.
In an interview with Light FM today, Awal Mohammed has indicated that King Faisal indeed is owing its players.
However, he has clarified that it is not up to 4 months but just a month or two.
“Yes it's true we owe our players but not that rumored 4 months. It's either a month or two”, the King Faisal FC PRO has said.
Meanwhile, Sporting Director of the club, Nana Amankwah has indicated that they are tired of hearing stories of owing players all over.
He insists that angry players should take the club through the labor process and address their grievances there.
