Ghanaian top-flight outfit, King Faisal Football Club have reached a deal with Turkish coach Kasim Gookyildiz for his appointment as the team’s new head coach, information reaching footballghana.com has revealed.
The Kumasi-based club since last season has struggled t compete in the Ghana Premier League.
Although the team has had some good moments in the ongoing 2020/2021 league season, they still risk suffering relegation if things do not change in the second half.
In line with that, owner Alhaji Grusah is bringing in a new coach for the final phase of the Ghana Premier League.
According to information gathered from Otec FM, King Faisal is set to appoint Kasim Gookyildiz as the team’s new head coach later this week.
It is understood that the Turkish tactician will arrive in Ghana on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, to officially take up the new role.
