Baba Yahaya has been named the man of the match in King Faisal's 2-0 win against Accra Great Olympics 2-0 on Saturday afternoon at the Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.
Coming into this game Accra Great Olympics beat Hearts of Oak in their last league game while King Faisal drew goalless with Aduana Stars.
King Faisal coach Jimmy Cobblah made one change to the team that started their last game.
Samuel Boakye replaced injured Godfred Asiamah, Suraj Ibrahim and Benjamin Aseidu maintained his place. Appasu Lawoe started from the bench.
The home side started the game well and got rewarded for their effort in the 12th minute. Baba Yahaya converted from the spot to give his team the lead.
The Dade boys tried to take control of the game and find a goal but their attackers fired wide.
After halftime, the game started the same way in the first half.
King Faisal extended their lead in the 70th minute. Samuel Adom Antwi tapped home from a Suraj Ibrahim cross.
King Faisal is 13th on the league table with 24 points and Great Olympics is 11th with 26 points.
The Insha Allah boys will play Asante Kotoko in their next game while Great Olympics will take on FC Samartex.
