Kotoko captain Amos Frimpong seeking revenge against Hearts in President Cup

Asante Kotoko captain Amos Frimpong said his side will be up for a revenge tomorrow when they go up against arch rivals Hearts of Oak in this year's President Cup at the Accra Stadium.

Hearts won last year's edition on a 5-4 penalty shoot-out to be crowned champions on the day.

Amos, who will be leading his team in tomorrow's outing believes it is the right time for them to avenge a painful loss when they lock horns.

In an interview with kicking.com, the 25-year-old said "The game is going to be difficult but i believe we will surely carry the day".

"This is an opportunity and the right time to avenge the defeat we suffered against them in this same cup game last year. 

I think this time round,things are going to be different as we're well prepared and motivated to face them in this match," he added

Frimpong however urged their fans to throng the Accra Stadium to support them win the trophy.

Hearts will be up to grab their fifth President's Cup title with Kotokosearching for their third since its inception.
