Former Asante Kotoko head coach, Frimpong Manso has lauded the head coach for Hearts of Oak, Samuel Boadu for the good job he has done at the club since his appointment.

Although coach Boadu worked for Medeama SC in the first round of the ongoing 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season, he was appointed by the Phobians before the second round.

Transforming the team in the second round of the season, coach Samuel Boadu has managed to get Hearts of Oak to top the league table.

Speaking on the young tactician after watching his side beat Asante Kotoko on Sunday, Frimpong Manso says coach Samuel Boadu deserves to be praised.

“Coach Boadu deserves some commendation. If you look at the situation he found himself in, leaving Medeama at that time was a big risk…and since he came, things have gone well for him.

“Although there are three matches remaining, but I think he deserves all this,” the former Asante Kotoko player told Silver FM.
