Ace Ghanaian sportscaster, Kwabena Yeboah has tipped Asante Kotoko to win this season’s Ghana Premier League title after noting that he believes the club is slightly above the others.
Although the Porcupine Warriors had their struggles in the first round of the 2020/2021 Ghanaian top-flight league campaign, they have managed to turn things around in the second round.
On the back of some impressive results in the past month, the team in Kumasi find themselves sitting top of the Ghana Premier League table.
Keenly following the ongoing league campaign, Kwabena Yeboah says he does not see why Asante Kotoko will not win the league title.
“In my candid, objective and Professional view, I will be surprised if Kotoko doesn't win the league because they are slightly ahead of the other clubs,” the celebrated Sports Journalist told Oyerepa FM in an interview on Thursday.
Asante Kotoko currently leads the Ghana Premier League table with 45 points. This weekend, the Reds will host WAFA SC at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium.
A win will see the side stretch the gap at the top especially if rivals Hearts of Oak drop points.
