Struggling Ghana Premier League side, Kotoku Royals have completed the signing of Frank Okai.
In an official club statement on Friday, February 3, the club said it has secured the services of the youngster from lower-tier side Windy Professionals.
The deal is a short one that will see Frank Okai playing for the Royals until the end of the 2022/23 football season.

At the moment, Kotoku Royals are bottom of the Ghana Premier League standings.
The club has taken advantage of the transfer window to bring in Frank Okai and a number of players to improve the quality of the team to have a fighting chance of escaping relegation.
