Kwadwo Asamoah in negotiations to sign one-year contract extension at Inter Milan

Information gathered by footballghana.com indicates that Ghanaian international Kwadwo Asamoah is in talks to sign a one-year contract extension at his Italian Serie A club Inter Milan.

The attacker who has flourished playing at the left-back has become a regular starter for the side this season following the arrival of former Juventus head coach Antonio Conte.

Having joined the Nerazzurri on a three-year contract in the summer of 2018, his contract is expected to end in the summer of 2021.

With two years still on his contract, management of Inter Milan has opted to reward Kwadwo Asamoah for his impressive form in the ongoing 2019/2020 season.

The two parties are in talks to extend his contract for another year and it could be completed in the next couple of weeks.

The 30-year-old made 30 appearances in the Seria A for the San Siro outfit and netted once during the 2018/2019 season.
