Kwadwo Asamoah returns to full fitness for Inter Milan

Inter Milan left back Kwadwo Asamoah has regained full fitness thanks in part to the coronavirus break and is ready to help his team as they fight for the Serie A title.

According to Tuttosport, the Ghanaian has been involved in full training since the clubs returned from the coronavirus enforced break and is in excellent shape. He was out injured before the league went into suspension.

''The forced stop helped him recover, given that the medical staff, after the match against Juventus on 8 March, had decided not to undergo surgery, preferring conservative therapy,'' reports Tuttosport, as quoted by FCInter1908.

''The long break obviously benefited the wide player, who is now ready to go back to action. In the last month he has been training well, in a group, coping with the changing rhythms of the sessions.''

The 31 year old has a fierce competition at left back with Ashley Young, Cristiano Biraghi and Danilo D’Ambrosio fighting for the spot.
