Kwadwo Asamoah to start in Inter Milan’s Serie A opener

Ghanaian midfielder, Kwadwo Asamoah has been listed in Inter Milan’s starting line-up for their Serie A opener against Lecce on Monday night.

The Nerazzurri begin their 2019/20 top-flight campaign at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza against newly-promoted outfit Lecce.

Coach Antonio Conte is targeting a comfortable win after lining up a strong squad for the game including former Manchester United striker, Romelu Lukaku.

The 30-year-old will take charges in the midfield and could make a possible change to the game when reassigned to his current left-back position.

Asamoah joined the team during the pre-season after helping Ghana at the 2019 AFCON where the team was knocked out in the round of 16
