Former Ghanaian international and Juventus star, Kwadwo Asamoah, is making significant progress with his new academy as the construction of a mini-stadium in Accra nears completion.

The mini-stadium will serve as the home ground for Asamoah's football academy, named SMAC. Excitement surrounds the project, as Asamoah recently shared a video on Twitter showcasing the facility. In the clip, he can be seen standing at one of the stands, observing people training on the field.

In the caption accompanying the video, Asamoah wrote, "opening soon," indicating that the completion of the mini-stadium is on the horizon.

Asamoah, who most recently played for Cagliari in the Italian Serie A, has partnered with renowned football agent Oliver Arthur to establish the academy and develop young players in Ghana.

By collaborating with the discoverer of numerous talents in the country, Asamoah aims to create a standard facility that will nurture aspiring players to reach his level of success.

During his illustrious career in Italy, Asamoah amassed over 350 appearances for four clubs, including giants like Juventus and Inter Milan.
