Kwame Bonsu undergo physical tests at Esperance amidst Covid-19

Published on: 17 April 2020

Ghanaian international Kwame Bonsu has undergone a physical test at Esperance de Tunis as his club keeps tabs on the fitness levels of the playing body amidst the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

Due to what has been described as a global pandemic, the 2019/2020 football season in Tunisia has been suspended as a precautionary measure against the spread of the disease.

In line with that players of clubs in the country are staying home as they are being monitored by their clubs.

For Esperance de Tunis, they have been helping out their players to train at home with the supervision of their physical trainers.

As footballghana.com reported last week, they have come up with special training programs that see players training outside individually or in small groups of 2 or 3.

In our latest report, we can confirm that the physical trainer of the club Sabri Al-Bouazizi has come up with a new program to test the physical conditions of the players.

Players train at a place called Garden B where they are closely monitored by the trainers.

Ghana’s Kwame Bonsu and some other foreign players at Esperance have taken turns to take the test and look to be in good shape as they await the resumption of the football season in Tunisia.
