Great Olympics midfielder, Jindo Morishita, has admitted that it is frustrating seeing fewer minutes of action in the ongoing Ghana Premier League season.
The 25-year-old joined the Dade Boys from Ebusua Dwarfs in the second transfer window.
However, the Japanese attacker has struggled to break into Bismark Kobi-Mensah's team.
Morishita has not played any minutes in the last three games of Great Olympics and did not make the squad for Sunday’s 2-1 win over Berekum Chelsea at Accra Sports Stadium to end their five-game winless run.
Speaking in an interview, Jindo admits it is frustrating not to play but hopes his side, who are in a precarious position, stays afloat this season.
“Well, you know as a player, you always want to deliver value on the pitch and if you are not given enough time, it is always frustrating," he told Citi Sports.
"As I keep saying, it is not always about myself. It is about the team first so I respect the coach. I trust him and am always preparing to be ready when called upon.
"I always want to deliver a good performance in front of my Japanese family and the Olympic fans in general," he added.
Since joining Great Olympics in the January transfer window, Jindo Morishita has played five games and completed 90 minutes once.
Olympics will face league leaders, Aduana FC in the matchday 26 games this weekend at the Dor Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.
