LaLiga president Javier Tebas insists their problems with PSG occurred well before Barcelona's sale of Neymar.
Tebas says they have files against PSG over the way they've disrupted the European transfer market. He also insists PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi is well aware of their stand.
"No. We started well before," argued Tebas.
"At the end of March, after an ECA (European Club Association) meeting in my office in Madrid, I explained to Nasser - he can testify to this - that we were going to denounce his club because of his links with a state.
"The file we have prepared has been ready for many months."
