Lazio chief Igli Tare has hinted Lucas Biglia could be on the move this summer.
With a year to run on his current deal, the Lazio captain has been offered new terms.
Tare said: "Biglia doubts? You do not have to ask me, he knows that Lazio has done everything and more to keep him.
"Step by step, we've gone bigger than we can afford, let's wait for his answer.
"For Lucas, I just thank him for what he has done in these four years, he has always been a professional."
On Stefan de Vrij, Tare added: "De Vrij is very good in Rome, we're trying to understand with his entourage what to do."
