Lazio president Claudio Lotito is convinced Juventus are out of any race for Sergey Milinkovic-Savic.
Juve are chasing the young Serbia midfielder, however Lotito has stated the Bianconeri cannot afford to sign him.
Juve spent €80m over the summer to sign Douglas Costa and Federico Bernardeschi, with another €20m on Blaise Matuidi.
Deals for Rodrigo Bentancur, Benedikt Howedes, Wojciech Szczesny and Mattia De Sciglio saw Juve run up a bill of €167m.
After such an outlay, Juve face having to sell if they're to stand any chance of convincing Lotito to part with Milinkovic-Savic.
